Shipping policy

Muchacha Alegre Creations Inc is currently only Shipping with USPS. After the order has been placed, we have a 7-10 Business Days shipping policy. To ensure that your package is properly delivered please input your address correctly. Muchacha Alegre Creations Inc. is not responsible for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will contact you via e-mail, requesting an updated address and re-purchase of new shipping label. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them Muchacha Alegre Creations Inc does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
